01Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at truffleroot.ai (the "site"), operated by truffleroot, inc. ("truffleroot", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
02The site and the product
These terms cover the site only. Access to and use of the truffleroot product is governed by a separate written agreement between truffleroot and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

You may use the site to learn about truffleroot and to get in touch with us. When you do, you agree not to:

The truffleroot name and logo are our trademarks. You may use the logo files from our brand kit to refer to truffleroot accurately, following the guidance on that page, but not in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you.

When you contact us, please give accurate information, and do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated data through the contact form or by email. If you need to share that kind of information, we will agree a suitable way to do it first.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about truffleroot, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site. It forms part of these terms.
07Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we do not control, such as our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.

Product screens, incidents, services and figures shown on the site are illustrative examples, not records of real customer environments or guarantees of results.
